矿用隔爆兼本质安全型可回馈型变频器研制

Development of Mine-used Feedback Type Frequency Converter with Flameproof and Intrinsic Safety

  • 摘要: 针对二象限变频器不能回馈能量、二象限变频器+电阻制动单元中的制动电阻的设计选型与现场工况存在不匹配的问题,设计了一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型可回馈型变频器,介绍了可回馈型变频器的主电路设计及应用效果。实际应用表明,该变频器在额定功率范围内,可将能量通过整流单元回馈给电网,满足煤矿井下电动功率和回馈功率≤160 kW的要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems that two-quadrant frequency converter can not feedback energy and design selection of braking resistant in two-quadrant frequency converter + resistant braking unit may not match with field conditions, a mine-used feedback type frequency converter with flameproof and intrinsic safety was designed. Design of main circuit and application effect of the feedback type frequency converter were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the frequency converter can feedback energy to power grid through rectify unit in range of rated power and meet with requirement of electric power and feedback power are less than 160 kW.
