可视化常闭式自动跑车防护装置在煤矿的应用

Application of Visualized and Normally Closed Automatic Anti-slipping Device in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿采区上下山仍采用传统的挡车棍、挡车器等安全保护装置而存在工人劳动强度大、自动化程度低等问题,介绍了一种可视化常闭式自动跑车防护装置的组成及工作原理、PLC控制系统的设计方案、测距传感器和挡车栏的选择等。该装置已应用于矿井绞车运输中,运行效果较好,提高了斜巷安全设施的信息化、自动化水平。

     

    Abstract: For problems of large labor intensity and low automation degree of traditional safe protectors such as car stop rollers, car stops and so on in district rise and district dip of coal mine, the paper introduced composition, working principle, design scheme of PLC control system and selection of distance sensor and arrester of a visualized and normally closed automatic anti-slipping device. The device has been applied in mine winch conveying and gotten a good effect, which improves informatization and automation level of safety devices in inclined drift.
