Abstract:
For problems of large labor intensity and low automation degree of traditional safe protectors such as car stop rollers, car stops and so on in district rise and district dip of coal mine, the paper introduced composition, working principle, design scheme of PLC control system and selection of distance sensor and arrester of a visualized and normally closed automatic anti-slipping device. The device has been applied in mine winch conveying and gotten a good effect, which improves informatization and automation level of safety devices in inclined drift.
