交流变频回馈加载技术在煤矿井下大功率减速器中的应用

Application of AC Frequency-conversion Feedback Loading Technology in Reducer with High Power of Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下大功率减速器缺少带负荷加载试验手段,一般只作空载转动,无法发现备用减速器潜在质量隐患的问题,介绍了目前煤机行业所采用的动力加载技术,分析了交流变频回馈加载技术的优势,并阐述了交流变频回馈加载试验系统的组成及工作原理,给出了该系统的主要指标。该系统能够验证煤矿井下大功率减速器在实际带负荷状态下的工作性能,测试效率和精度高,节能效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Potential quality problems of standby reducer used in coal mine cannot be found because there is no loading test mean for high power reducer and only no-load test method. The paper introduced loading technologies used in mine machine field and analyzed advantages of AC frequency-conversion feedback loading technology. Then it described composition and working principle of an AC frequency-conversion feedback loading test system and gave main indexes of the system. The system can test working performances of the reducer with high power of coal mine under loading status, which has high testing efficiency and precision and perfect energy-saving effect.
