煤矿井下本质安全电气系统设计及技术发展

Design of Intrinsically Safe Electrical System of Coal Mine Underground and Its Technology Development

  • 摘要: 我国目前还没有针对煤矿井下本质安全电气系统的标准,新版 IEC 60079-25对I类本质安全系统的技术规定也很不完善。文章给出了本质安全电气系统的概念,分析了煤矿井下爆炸性环境的特殊性;针对整体或部分用于煤矿井下爆炸性环境中时需达到I类EPL Ma级或EPL Mb级保护水平、防爆类型为本质安全型“i”的本质安全电气系统,论述了系统结构设计和防爆参数评定的关键要素,并提出了实用方法;提出了系统设备故障分析和系统互连电缆故障分析方法;最后分析了国内外本质安全技术的现状及发展。

     

    Abstract: There is no standard for intrinsically safe electrical system of coal mine underground internally, and technique rules for I type intrinsically safe system are uncompleted in the new IEC 60079-25. The paper gave the concept of intrinsically safe electrical system and analyzed particularity of explosive environment of coal mine underground. For intrinsically safe electrical system whose whole or some parts are needed to reach protection level of I type EPL Ma or EPL Mb and explosion-proof type is intrinsic safety type “i” when used in explosive environment of coal mine underground, it expounded keys of system structure design and explosion-proof parameter evaluation and proposed some practicable methods. It also proposed fault analysis methods for system equipments and cable. Finally, it analyzed current status and development trend of intrinsic safety technology internally and overseas.
