全自动智能调度与装车系统的开发

Development of Full-automatic and Intelligent Scheduling and Loading System

  • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿运输车辆人工调度、过磅、装车方式存在的车辆通行缓慢、工人劳动强度大、效率低等问题,开发了一套适合多点交叉作业的全自动智能调度与装车系统,给出了系统总体设计方案,介绍了系统采用的电子不停车收费车辆识别、汽车衡称重、快速定量装车等关键技术及系统软硬件设计方案。该系统实现了对煤矿运输车辆的全程检测管理、智能调度、自动装车、快速通行功能,提高了煤炭运装管理效率。

     

    Abstract: For problems of slow traffic, large labor strength and low efficiency of existing artificial scheduling, weighting and loading mode of mine vehicle, a full-automatic and intelligent scheduling and loading system was developed which was suitable for multi-point cross working. The whole design scheme of the system was given, key technologies were analyzed including vehicle identification of electronic toll collection, truck scale weighting and rapid quantitative loading, and design schemes of software and hardware of the system were described. The system realizes functions of the whole detection and management, intelligent scheduling, automatic loading and fast passage of transport vehicles of coal mine, and improves management efficiency of coal transport and loading.
