基于ADXL335的堆煤传感器的设计

Design of Coal Piling Sensor Based on ADXL335

  • 摘要: 针对基于行程开关的堆煤传感器监控信号不准确以及基于水银开关的堆煤传感器无法灵活设置动作点(倾斜角度)的局限性,提出了一种基于ADXL335三轴加速度计的新型矿用堆煤传感器的设计方案,介绍了该传感器主要电路的设计。该传感器利用加速度计的三轴角度测量功能,实现了全方位高精度测量,能将信号及时准确地传送至胶带输送机保护控制系统, 防止了煤炭的持续堆积。

     

    Abstract: For limitations that monitoring signal of coal piling sensor based on limit switch is inaccurate and action point (inclination angle) of coal piling sensor based on mercury switch ca't be set flexibly, the paper put forward design scheme of a new mine-used coal piling sensor based on ADXL335 tri-axial accelerometer and introduced main circuits design of the sensor. The sensor used measurement function of tri-axial angle of accelerometer to make comprehensive high precision measurement, and can transmit signal to protection control system of belt conveyor to prevent continuous accumulation of coal timely and accurately.
