具有温度及压力补偿的矿用红外甲烷传感器设计

Design of Mine-used Infrared Methane Sensor with Compensation of Temperature and Pressure

  • 摘要: 针对现有红外甲烷传感器因受温度、压力影响而采取硬件补偿方式后存在测量精度和可靠性降低的问题,提出了一种具有温度及压力补偿功能的矿用红外甲烷传感器设计方案,详细介绍了该传感器的软硬件设计,给出了温度、压力的补偿方法,即在数据处理上增加了环境温度及压力补偿功能。测试结果表明,该传感器具有测量精确度高、稳定性好、环境适应能力强等优点。

     

    Abstract: In view of existing problems of low measurement accuracy and reliability because of hardware compensation method of temperature and pressure of infrared methane sensor, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used infrared methane sensor with compensation of temperature and pressure, introduced design of software and hardware of the sensor in details, and gave compensation methods of temperature and pressure, namely adding compensation function of temperature and pressure to data processing link. The test result showed that the sensor has advantages of high measurement precision, good stability and strong environmental adaptiveness.
