液压支架电液控制系统的急停功能设计

Design of Emergency Stop Function of Electro-hydraulic Control System of Hydraulic Supports

  • 摘要: 针对现有电液控制系统抗干扰性能较差的问题,结合煤矿井下综采工作面特点, 提出了一种基于C8051F020单片机的液压支架电液控制系统急停功能的设计方案,介绍了急停功能的实现过程。该方案在采煤工作面出现紧急情况时,操作急停按钮可使整个工作面上的所有液压支架立即停止动作,并不再响应任何操作指令;在危险情况排除后,操作解停按钮就可以使采煤工作面恢复正常工作。功能调试结果验证了该方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of poor anti-interference of existing electro-hydraulic control systems, the paper proposed a design scheme of emergency stop function of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports based on C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer according to characteristics of fully mechanized working face in coal mine underground, and introduced realization process of emergency stop function. In the scheme, all of hydraulic supports of coal mining face can be stopped immediately with an emergency operation on a stop button and they will not respond any operation instructions when taking place emergency, and the coal mining face can regain normal work with an operation on a stop button after the dangerous situation is ruled out. The function test results showed feasibility of the scheme.
