摘要: 文章详细介绍了三电平逆变器的死区效应,分析了三电平逆变器的死区补偿策略,以1台22 kW/380 V异步电动机为例建立了三电平逆变器供电矢量控制仿真模型。仿真结果表明,有死区补偿时的逆变器转速达到稳态所需的时间短,电流的谐波畸变率较小,转矩脉动明显减小。Abstract: The paper introduced dead-time effect of three-level inverter in details,analyzed the dead-time compensation strategy of the three-level inverter,established a simulation model based on power vector control for three-level inverter taking a 22 kW/380 V induction motor as example.The simulation result showed that the stable time of rotate speed of the inverter is shorter when dead-time is compensated,distorsion factor of current harmonic wave is smaller and torque pulsation is decreased obviously.
