Design of Battery Management System of Mine-used DC Power Supply

  • 摘要: 介绍了矿用直流电源蓄电池管理系统的总体结构及其软硬件设计。该系统通过检测充电电流和放电电流评估剩余电量,保证了蓄电池的持续供电能力;通过温度检测对异常情况发出告警,延长了蓄电池使用寿命;通过定期评估总电量主动提醒用户报废或更换失效的蓄电池,增加了电源的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced overall structure and designs of hardware and software of battery management system of mine-used DC power supply. The system assesses remaining capacity by detecting charge current and discharge current to ensure continuous power supply capacity of battery, realizes abnormal alarm by temperature detection to extend battery life, and initiatively reminds user to retire or replace invalidated battery through regular assessment of total electricity, which increases reliability of power supply.
