Abstract: In view of problems of missed check, no special instrument and complex data processing, the paper proposed a design scheme of patrolling system for equipments of coal preparation plant. Installing corresponding proximity cards at patrolling lines and equipments, patrolling personnel carries patrolling instrument to read the card of each point and records the card number and time of the point, and finishes prescriptive works of patrolling and data collection, then makes patrolling task of the next point. After finishing patrolling work, patrolling personnel uploads data of patrolling instrument to monitoring computer which processes the data by integrated management software of patrolling data, so as to reach goal of recording and checking for patrolling situation. The actual application showed that the system has stable running and practical functions.
