基于工业以太网的煤矿轨道运输监控系统研究

Research of Coal Mine Railway Transport Monitoring System Based on Industrial Ethernet

  • 摘要: 针对矿井机车运输监控系统存在抗干扰能力差、通信不稳定、机车难以精确定位等问题,介绍了一种基于工业以太网的煤矿轨道运输监控系统的设计;详细介绍了该系统的总体结构、主要功能及特点,并给出了机车过轴统计问题的解决办法。实际应用表明,该系统抗干扰能力强、机车定位准确,满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of bad anti-interference ability, unstable communication and uneasy to locate for locomotive existed in mine locomotive transport monitoring system, the paper introduced design of a railway transport monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet. It introduced general structure and main functions and characteristics of the system in details and gave solutions of statistics of passed axis. The actual application showed that the system meets with design requirements with strong anti-interference ability and accurate location for locomotive.
