矿用救生舱多环境参数数据采集器设计

Design of Data Collector with Multiple Environment Parameters of Mine-used Lifesaving Cabi

  • 摘要: 针对传统的传感器只能采集1种或2种环境参数,不适合在矿用救生舱使用的问题,设计了一种矿用救生舱多环境参数数据采集器;给出了该采集器主板+变送器的结构,详细介绍了主板的硬件及软件设计。测试结果表明,该采集器测量误差小、响应时间快、使用灵活方便。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem that traditional sensors can only collect one or two environment parameters and cannot be suitable to mine-used lifesaving cabin, a data collector with multiple environment parameters of mined-used lifesaving cabin was designed. Structure of main-board + transmitter of the collector was given and hardware and software design of the main-board were introduced in details. The test result showed that the collector has advantages of small measurement errors, fast response time and flexible and convenient in use.
