Abstract:
The paper gave a whole framework of remote monitoring system for coal production and operation process of master station. In order to solve the problem that master station cannot transmit data precisely and timingly to monitor center in existing remote monitoring system for coal production, it proposed a design scheme of timing data transmission software of master station by use of Visual C++ according to requirement of Application and Management Specification of Coal Production Remote Monitoring System. The software uses multi-threading technology of Windows and transmission mode of active request to make master station transmit data to monitor center at interval of 1 h. The field running results showed that due to the software, the stability, accuracy and real-time performance of data transmission from master station to monitor center in remote monitoring system for coal production have been obviously improved, and transmission error between actual value and the theoretical request is only milliseconds.
