能源数据综合采集系统的研究

Research of Integrated Acquisition System of Energy Data

  • 摘要: 分析了RS485总线、GPRS、WiFi这三种现有的矿山能源数据采集方式的优缺点,指出应引入新的数据采集方式,以提高数据采集的准确性和及时性;给出了一种能源数据综合采集系统的总体结构,指出该系统可根据矿山实际情况灵活采用有线、无线、人工方式采集能源数据;提出在综合利用现有工业以太网和数据采集方式的基础上,将Modbus串行通信协议和ZigBee无线通信协议应用于能源数据综合采集系统中的方案,以提高系统数据采集的稳定性;介绍了集中器的硬件结构,指出该集中器具有多种数据接口,可以方便地与其它设备互联,实现能源数据的有效传输。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of existing acquisition modes of mine energy data of RS485 bus, GPRS and WiFi, and advised taking new data acquisition methods to improve correctness and real-time performance. It gave whole structure of an integrated acquisition system of energy data, which can acquire energy data through wired mode, wireless mode or manual mode according to actual status of mine, and proposed a scheme of adopting Modbus serial communication protocol and ZigBee wireless communication protocol in the system to improve stability of data acquisition on the basis of integrated utilization of industrial Ethernet and existing data acquisition modes. Finally it introduced hardware structure of concentrator, which has multiple data interfaces to connect with other devices for effect transmission of energy data.
