Abstract:
The paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of existing acquisition modes of mine energy data of RS485 bus, GPRS and WiFi, and advised taking new data acquisition methods to improve correctness and real-time performance. It gave whole structure of an integrated acquisition system of energy data, which can acquire energy data through wired mode, wireless mode or manual mode according to actual status of mine, and proposed a scheme of adopting Modbus serial communication protocol and ZigBee wireless communication protocol in the system to improve stability of data acquisition on the basis of integrated utilization of industrial Ethernet and existing data acquisition modes. Finally it introduced hardware structure of concentrator, which has multiple data interfaces to connect with other devices for effect transmission of energy data.
