Abstract: In view of problems of multi approval procedures, long approval time and uneasy to control approval quality existed in traditional operation regulation, the paper put forward a design scheme of operation regulation management system based on SOA coal mine information platform, and introduced key technologies and function modules design of the system in details. The system adopts network technology to integrate existing safety production information systems, so as to realize information sharing, which improves efficiency and quality of approving of operation regulation.
