一种智能矿用阀门控制系统的设计

Design of an Intelligent Control System of Mine-used Valve

  • 摘要: 针对矿用阀门控制器控制要求日趋复杂的问题,提出了一种基于M0516LAN微控制器的智能矿用阀门控制系统的设计方案。该系统由主控模块、保护模块和显示模块组成,主控模块作为主机,负责与保护模块、显示模块之间的数据通信,并且控制阀门电动机的运转;保护模块实时监测阀门电动机上加载的三相交流电的相序,同时监测是否存在漏电、缺相和欠压等故障,在必要时切断阀门电动机上的供电;显示模块在LCD上实时更新当前阀门的开度以及保护模块的监测结果。实际应用表明,该系统可实时、准确地控制阀门。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem that control requirements of mine-used valve controller become more and more complex, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent control system of mine-used valve based on M0516LAN microcontroller. The system is composed of main control module, protection module and display module. The main control module is used as master to communicate with protection module and display module, and controls operation of valve motor; the protection module is used to monitor phase sequence of three-phase AC of valve motor and faults of leakage, open-phase and under voltage to cut off power for valve motor if it is necessary; the display module real-timely displays opening of valve and monitoring result of the protection module on LCD. The actual application showed that the system can control valve real-timely and accurately.
