Design of Mine-used Radar Level Meter

  • 摘要: 针对超声波料位计测量煤仓煤位存在精度差的问题,介绍了一种基于雷达测距原理的雷达料位计的设计。该料位计以矿用化改造后的地面雷达探头为测量组件,并配合相应的满足本质安全要求的电源模块、CPU处理电路、通信模块及输出模块,实现了煤仓煤位的精确测量。试验结果验证了该料位计的可行性。
    Abstract: In view of problem of bad precision in measurement of coal level of coal bunker by use of ultrasonic level meter, the paper introduced design of a radar level meter based on radar ranging principle. The meter takes surface radar probe as measurement unit which is reformed to be suitable for mine use, and combines with corresponding power supply module, CPU processing circuit, communication module and output module which meet with requirement of intrinsic safety, and realizes precise measurement for coal level of coal bunker. The test results validated feasibility of the meter.
