煤矿事故案例的安全职能分析及数据库系统设计

Analysis of Security Function of Coal Mine Accident Cases and Design of Its Database System

  • 摘要: 指出煤矿事故案例的安全职能是加强人员安全意识、促进安全政策的落实、为事故应急处理提供参考、预测矿井危险性、促使决策者加大安全投入、利于形成安全理念、促进新技术及装备的开发和应用;分析了煤矿事故案例数据库系统的结构、功能及开发方式。该数据库系统的建立实现了煤矿事故案例的共享检索和高效管理,下一步将深入研究该系统的事故处理措施智能提取、事故危险性预测等功能。

     

    Abstract: The paper indicated security functions of coal mine accident cases were strengthening security consciousness of miners, promoting implementation of security policy, providing reference for urgent processing of accidents, predicting danger of mines, promoting invested funds for mine security, encouraging generation of security conception and advancing development and application of new technologies and equipments. It analyzed structure, functions and development mode of database system of coal mine accident cases. The database realizes sharing and effective management of coal mine accident cases. The next work is to research functions of the database system including intelligent extraction of treatment measures of accidents and prediction of accident danger.
