Abstract: This paper described an intelligent steel wire tension detecting system utilizing vibration wave,with high sensibility vibration sensor and single-chip microcomputer as main body. The system can measure tension differences between ropes in multi-rope hoisting conveniently, quickly and fairly accurately.
