摘要: 针对真空接触器的三相触头动作的同步性调整困难，触头接触电阻无法检测等问题，研制了一种便携式数字测量仪，既可测量三相触头的吸合或分断的同步时间，又可检测触头闭合后的微电阻。文章对该仪器的性能及工作原理作了详细的介绍。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficulty in adapting vacuum contactor’s 3 phase contact acting synchronousness,and unableness to detect when contact touches resistor,a portable digital measurer is developed,which may be used to measure the synchronous time of 3 phase contacts closing or breaking,as well as to measure the micro resistance after contacts close.In the paper,the author details the performance and working principle of the instrument.
