Design of Against Bad Enviroment of Computer Control System Used in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 论述了我国第一台煤矿井下机器人计算机控制系统的抗恶劣环境设计。通过对计算机控制系统的可靠性、防爆、散热、抗震、防潮及安装加固等设计,系统经受了煤矿井下恶劣环境的考验,确保机器人在试验过程中可靠地工作。
    Abstract: This paper discussed the design of agaist bad enviroment of computer control system in the first of underground robot ourselves. By the careful design on reliability, flame proof, moistureproof, heat resisting, vibration installing and reinforcement, the computer control system has standed up the severe test in underground of coal mine, and the robot has worked well during the whole experiment period.
