摘要: 给出了ＣＩＭＳ环境下的企业组织改革的含义，论述了企业进行组织改革的两种方法：企业组织重构法和全面质量管理法，比较了两种方法的优缺点，并给出了企业组织改革的评价准则及企业组织改革的实例。
