MG500采煤机液压系统制动装置的改造

Reformation of Braking Device for Hydraulic Pressure System of MG500 Coal Shearer

  • 摘要: 某矿业公司第一套薄煤层MG500采煤机受机身矮、体积小的限制,无法安装油箱和油泵,液压系统只能使用采煤工作面的乳化液为动力液,但系统元器件无法适用于乳化液系统,导致采煤机经常出现制动装置抱闸、机组不能行走等故障。针对这一问题,文章提出了对该采煤机液压系统制动装置的改造方案,用液压支架上常见的元器件代替原来的进口器件,使之能适应乳化液系统。实际应用结果表明,改造后的采煤机运行稳定、可靠,事故率大幅度降低,维护便捷。

     

    Abstract: Because the first MG500 coal shearer of some mining corporation was limited by low fuselage and small volume,tank and oil pump couldn’t be installed on it and hydraulic pressure system only used emulsion liquid of coal face as power liquid.But components of the system couldn’t be suitable for emulsion liquid system and coal shearer often took place faults such as braking device contracted brake,coal shearer couldn’t move and so on.Aiming at the problems,the paper proposed a reformation scheme of braking device for hydraulic pressure system of the coal shearer,which used common components of hydraulic support to instead of primary imported components so as to make it to be suitable for emulsion liquid system.The actual application result showed the reformed coal shearer runs stably and reliably,faults rate is reduced greatly and maintenance is easy.
