新型中小功率矿井提升机双PWM变频调速系统的研究

Research of a New Type of Dual-PWM Frequency-conversion Speed-regulation System for Mine Hoist with Medium and Small Power

  • 摘要: 针对中小功率交流矿井提升机电控系统转子串电阻调速造成能量浪费的现状,文章提出了一种新型的双PWM变频调速系统的设计方案,分别建立了三相电压型PWM整流器在三相静止坐标系和两相旋转d-q坐标系下的数学模型,研究了其前馈解耦控制策略及DSP实现,根据电流调节器输出的参考电压空间矢量直接计算了变频器电压空间矢量位置和作用时间,并给出了采用DSP实现的方法。仿真结果证明了该方案的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing status of energy waste caused by rotor series resistance speed-regulation of electrical control system of mine hoist with medium and small power,the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of dual-PWM frequency-conversion speed-regulation system.The mathematical models of three-phase voltage-source type PWM rectifier were established in three-phase static coordinate system and two-phase rotating d-q coordinate system separately.Its feedforward decoupling control strategy and realization of DSP were researched.Position and operation time of voltage space vectors of converter were calculated directly according to reference voltage space vectors output by current regulator and realization method of DSP was given.The simulation result verified the validity of the scheme.
