A cross-system unified data service for mining based on Industrial Internet Platform

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿行业中子系统间数据交换面临的复杂性和效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于工业互联网平台的跨系统统一数据服务。通过标准化的数据交换规则、身份识别与认证机制以及数据行为监控,提升数据交互的规范性、安全性和时效性。利用统一数据模型,并对比两种适配通信方式进行了实验验证。结果显示,统一数据服务显著降低了数据平均响应时间,提高了数据加工的准确率,减少了系统的CPU和内存占用率。在实际应用中,系统支持多个子系统和设备的高效协作,提升了数据交换服务的效率和可靠性。
    Abstract: Addressing the complexities and inefficiencies in data exchange between subsystems in the coal mining industry, a cross-system unified data service based on an industrial internet platform is proposed. By implementing standardized data exchange protocols, identity recognition and authentication mecha-nisms, and data behavior monitoring, this service enhances the standardization, security, and timeliness of data interactions. A unified data model was utilized, and two communication adaptation methods were experimentally compared. The results demonstrate that the unified data service significantly reduces average data response time, improves data processing accuracy, and decreases the CPU and memory usage of systems. In practical applications, the system supports efficient collaboration among multiple subsystems and devices, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of data exchange services.
