Reform of Automation Control of 73-01-K4 N032 Type Centrifugal Ventilator

  • 摘要: 针对原有的通风机控制系统存在测量精度低、功能少、事故率高等问题, 提出了一种采用自动化控制技术的改造方案。改造后的通风机电控系统实现了远程集中控制和管理、多种参数的在线监测及组网功能。实际应用结果验证了该改造方案的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of low measuring accuracy, few functions and high fault rate existed in original control system of ventilator, a reform scheme using automation control technology was put forward. The reformed electric control system of ventilator achieves functions of remote and centralized control and management, on-line monitoring of some parameters and networking. The result of practical application validated reliability of the reform scheme.
