桥式采样机采样头自动定位系统设计

Design of Automatic Location System of Sampling Head of Bridge-type Sampler

  • 摘要: 针对传统桥式火车煤采样机采样头定位方式存在定位不准确的缺陷,根据轴编码器对设备位置和速度的检测原理,设计了一种基于PLC和轴编码器的桥式火车煤采样机采样头的自动定位系统,给出了该系统的硬件配置和软件流程。该系统通过检测轴编码器的脉冲信号,可准确计算出采样头位置及速度,并通过触摸屏及嵌入式组态软件把测量数值实时显示在人机界面上。

     

    Abstract: In view of defect that location way of sampling head of traditional bridge-type train coal sampler is inaccuracy, an automatic location system of sampling head of bridge-type train coal sampler was designed based on PLC and shaft encoder according to detection principle of encoder for location and speed of equipment. The hardware configuration and software diagram of the system were given. The system can accurately calculate position and speed of the sampling head by detecting pulse signal of the shaft encoder, and can real-time display numerical value on HMI through touch panel and embedded configuration software.
