基于振波法的多绳提升机钢丝绳张力测试系统研究

Research of Detecting System of Wire rope Tension of Multi rope Hoister Based on Vibration Wave Method

  • 摘要: 针对传统的提升机钢丝绳张力振波法手感测量结果不准确的问题,提出了采用传感器代替手感测量振波周期,并选测第二个振波周期为张力计算依据的方案,详细介绍了基于传感器和单片机的多绳摩擦提升机钢丝绳张力测试系统的硬件、软件设计。基于传感器和单片机的多绳摩擦提升机钢丝绳张力测试系统既克服了人为因素的影响,提高了张力测量结果的准确性,又保留了振波法测量方便的优点。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low precision of handfeel detection in traditional vibration wave method for wire rope tension of mine hoister, the paper put forward a scheme that uses sensor in stead of handfeel to detect vibration period and selects the second vibration period as basis of tension calculation. It introduced hardware and software design of detecting system of wire rope tension of multi rope hoister based on sensor and single chip microcomputer in details. The system not only overcomes influence of personal factor and improves accuracy of tension measurement result, but also reserves advantages of convenience of vibration wave method.
