井下工作面双局部通风机自动切换控制系统的设计

Design of Double Local-fans Automatic Switching System of Underground Working Face

  • 摘要: 介绍了井下工作面双局部通风机自动切换控制系统的工作原理及其软硬件设计。该系统由主电路和切换控制电路组成,以PIC单片机为控制核心,通过风速传感器检测风量信号;当发生通风故障或者电气故障时,切换控制电路发出切换信号,主电路切换主要通风机与备用通风机,使主要通风机停止工作,备用通风机运行,从而保证不间断通风。该系统可减少井下掘进工作面的无计划停风,进一步保证井下工作面安全生产,提高工作效率。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced working principle and design of hardware and software of double local-fans automatic switching system of underground working face. The system is consisted of main circuit and switching control circuit, uses PIC microcontroller as control core, and detects information of air volume through wind speed sensor. When there is ventilation failure or electrical failure, the switching control circuit sends switching signal to the main circuit, then the main circuit switches to make the main ventilator stop working and the backup one start working, thus ensures continuous ventilation. The system can reduce unplanned off-blast of underground heading face, further ensure safety of underground production, and improve work efficiency.
