东二风井抽风机高压变频调速节能改造方案

Reformation Scheme of Energy Saving with High-voltage Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation of Exhaust Fan of Dong’er Air Shaft

  • 摘要: 介绍了抽风机高压变频调速节能基本原理、东二风井抽风机高压变频调速节能改造方案及改造效果。东二风井抽风机变频调速采用“一拖二”手动旁路方式,采用一台变频器传动两台抽风机电动机中的一台变频运行,另一台工频运行。运行结果表明,该方案的节电率约为62%。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced basic principle of energy saving with high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation of exhaust fan, and reformation scheme and effect of energy saving with high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation in Dong’er air shaft. The frequency conversion speed regulation system of exhaust fan of Dong’er air shaft used “one driving two” manual bypass mode which uses a frequency convertor to drive motors of two fans with one running in variable frequency and the other running in power frequency. The running result showed the scheme saved energy of about 62%.
