石油钻井井口气体成分检测系统

Measuring System of Wellhead Gas Components of Petroleum Drilling

  • 摘要: 针对石油气体检测系统大部分采用进口设备而存在价格高、体积大的问题,提出了一种石油钻井井口气体成分检测系统的设计方案。该系统采用催化燃烧式气敏探头,以惠斯通电桥作为检测单元,当气敏探头遇到所检测的气体时,只要气体能够被电极引燃, 惠斯通电桥的电阻就会由于温度变化而发生改变, 从而可得出气体浓度;检测的气体浓度结果通过上位机LabVIEW程序显示、存储,并自动生成报表。实际应用表明,该系统成本低、操作方便、反应灵敏,检测结果与进口设备同步。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of high cost and big volume of petroleum gas measuring system by use of imported equipment, the paper proposed a design scheme of measuring system of wellhead gas components of petroleum drilling. The system uses catalytic combustion type gas sensing probe and takes wheatstone bridge as measuring unit. When gas sensing probe meets measured gas, resistances of wheatstone bridge would change with changing of temperature if the gas could be ignited by electrode, so as to obtain gas concentration. Results of measured gas concentration are displayed, stored and generated report automatically through upper computer LabVIEW program. The actual application showed that the system has low cost, convenient operation and sensitive response, whose measured results are synchronous with imported equipment.
