Design of Underground Belt Transportation Control System of Metal Mine and Its Applicatio

  • 摘要: 针对某金属矿山原有的胶带运输系统采用继电器控制而存在可靠性差的问题,提出了一种基于ControlLogix技术的胶带运输控制系统的改造方案。该系统采用ControlLogix技术实现胶带运输系统传动和运动控制的任意组合;采用光纤通信和网络冗余技术实现设备组态、信息采集以及远程故障诊断功能;采用电子过载继电器实现对电动机的保护;采用可视化人机界面实现对胶带运输系统工作状态的实时监控。实际应用表明,该系统提升了胶带运输系统的可靠性。
    Abstract: In view of problem of bad reliability that original belt transportation system of one metal mine is controlled by relay, the paper proposed a reform scheme of belt transportation control system based on ControlLogix technology. The system uses ControlLogix technology to realize any combination of driving and motion control of belt transportation system; it uses fiber communication and network redundancy technology to realize functions of device configuration, data collection and remote fault diagnosis; it uses electronic overload relay to realize protection for motor; it uses visual man-machine interface to realize real-time monitoring and control for working state of belt transportation system. The actual application showed that the system improves reliability of belt transportation system.
