煤矿可视化应急指挥系统的设计

Design of Visual Emergency Command System of Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对传统的煤矿应急指挥系统传递效率低的问题,提出了一种煤矿可视化应急指挥系统的设计方案。该系统采用SOA数据整合技术对井下定位系统数据库进行数据整合,使得井下各种信息可以第一时间传送到可视化应急指挥系统中;采用JNI技术整合硬盘录像机,实时获取监控点的视频信息;采用专家库模块分析应急指挥过程中所需的数据;采用全息技术和GIS引擎对事故地点进行展示。实际应用验证了该系统的适用性。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of low transmission efficiency of traditional emergency command system of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of visual emergency command system of coal mine. The system uses SOA data integration technology to integrate database of underground position system which can make various information be sent to visual emergency command system at first time; it uses JNI technology to integrate DVR which can get video information of monitored points real-timely; it uses expert database module to analyze data needed by emergency command process; it uses holographic technology and GIS engine to display accident area. The actual application validated applicability of the system.
