Implementation of Data Communication between CS3000 and SIEMENS PLC Subsystem

  • 摘要: 针对选矿厂通过增加远程I/O站或设置独立的小控制室来实现各个工段的监控,不仅增加投资成本,也不利于集中监控整个工艺流程和采集所有设备信息的问题,提出了一种采用Profibus-DP协议实现CS3000与子系统SIEMENS PLC数据通信的方案;以CS3000的ALP111通信模块为例,详细介绍了该方案的硬件配置及软件组态。实际应用表明,该方案实现了主站CS3000与子系统SIEMENS PLC之间的可靠数据通信,现场监视和控制效果良好。
    Abstract: In view of problems of adding cost and going against integrated monitoring and control for technological process and information collection of all devices because monitoring and control for each section of mineral seperation plant is realized by adding remote I/O station or setting individual control room, the paper proposed a scheme of using Profibus-DP protocol to realize data communication between CS3000 and SIEMENS PLC subsystem. Taking ALP111 communication module of CS3000 as example, it introduced configurations of hardware and software of the scheme. The actual application showed that the scheme realizes reliable data communication between CS3000 master and SIEMENS PLC subsystem with good effect of field monitoring and control.
