Design of Handle Centralized Control System of AC Electrical Haulage Shuttlecar

  • 摘要: 针对传统的梭车操作系统存在操作不便、自动化水平低等问题,提出了一种交流电牵引梭车手柄集中控制系统的设计方案。该系统通过一个手柄即可完成梭车的前进、后退、增速、减速、转向控制,通过按动手柄上的按钮可实现车辆的照明控制、电铃控制、电动机的启停、正反转控制。实际应用表明,该系统操作方便,集成化程度高。
    Abstract: In view of problems of inconvenient operation and low automation level in traditional operation system of shuttlecar, the paper proposed a design scheme of handle centralized control system of AC electrical haulage shuttlecar. The system can finish shuttlecar control of forward, fallback, increasing speed, deceleration and turning through one handle and can realize shuttlecar control of lighting, ringer, start-stop and positive invertion of motor through button on handle. The actual application showed that the system has convenient operation and high integrated degree.
