基于CAN总线的矿用通信分站的研究

Research of Mine-used Communication Substation Based on CAN Bus

  • 摘要: 针对矿井监测监控和预警系统采用的基于RS485总线的主从式通信方式存在实时性差、通信距离较短的问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的矿用通信分站的设计方案;详细介绍了该通信分站的硬件及软件设计。该通信分站的CAN总线应用层协议通过对CAN消息ID号和数据的功能定义,实现了紧急数据的及时上传。实验结果表明,该通信分站通信可靠,实时性高,满足煤矿井下的通信要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of bad real-time performance and short communication distances in master-slave communication mode based on RS485 bus used in monitoring and control and early-warning system of mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used communication substation based on CAN bus. It introduced design of hardware and software of the substation in details. The substation realizes upload urgent data timely by function definition of ID number and data of CAN message in application-layer protocol of CAN bus. The experiment result showed that the substation meets with communication requirements of coal mine underground with reliable communication and high real-time performance.
