矿井机械动态可靠度的数学模式及其计算

摘要: 阐述了应用动态可靠度研究矿井机械可靠性的重要作用。从模糊数学的理论出发 :论证了矿井机械的时序技术状态及测试所提取特征量信息的模糊性 ,并建立了相应的数学模型。在此基础上给出了矿井机械动态可靠度和故障率的计算方法 ,指明了模糊信息的实用价值。Abstract: Importance of dynamic reliability in studying mine machinery reliability is described.From the point of view of fuzzy mathematics,fuzziness is proven of time sequence technical status and feature information extracted for tests.Relevant mathematical model is established.On these basis,the author puts forward the method calculating dynamic reliability and fault rate of mine machinery,and demonstrates the practical value of fuzzy information.
