摘要: 应用FET模型和多种调谐网络 ,以统一的方式研究了调谐光接收机前端的特性 ,提出了多种调谐网络通用的计算公式 ,用以计算谐振频率、信噪比、传输函数。并针对串联谐振型光接收机特性进行了分析。

Abstract: A general method has been used in this paper to study the performances of front end of optical receiver, with the model of FET and various tuning networks. General formulas have been presented, with which the resonant frequency, SNR and transfer functions can be calculated. As a sample, the performance of a series resonant optical receiver is studied with the formulas presented in this paper.
