单立柱堆垛机立柱挠度分析与Matlab仿真

摘要: 立体仓库堆垛机在存取货物的水平行走过程中,加速和减速阶段会引起立柱在纵向方向发生弯曲变形,导致堆垛机对高层货架的存取精度发生偏差。文章以西安科技大学学科群实验中心单立柱堆垛机为例,通过建立堆垛机立柱数学模型,对立柱顶端的弯曲挠度进行计算分析,并应用Matlab软件仿真分析了立柱顶端挠度与加速度的关系。仿真结果表明,理想状态下,立柱顶端挠度近似与水平行走加速度成二次抛物线关系,加入随机噪声后,曲线某些区段发生较大变形。Abstract: During horizontal direction accelerated walking course of stack-crane,mast will be deflected in vertical direction,which leads to lower access precision especially to high stacks.Single mast stack-crane in lab centre of Xi’an University of Science and Technology was taken as an example.Via building mathematical model of the stack-crane’s mast,deflection of the mast tip was calculated and analyzed.Relation of mast-tip’s deflection and acceleration was simulated by Matlab software.The simulation result showed that the deflection of the mast tip has a parabola relation with the acceleration of horizontal walking approximately under ideal conditions,while bigger deformation would appear in some sections when there is random noise.
