Design of Monitoring System of Power Station Based on Serial Communicatio

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于串口通信的电站监控系统的设计方案,重点介绍了该系统发送端、接收端的软硬件设计及通信设置。该系统采用PLC作为发送端控制器,实现对电站及旋转UPS参数的采集、处理及控制功能;接收端采用PC机,通过VB语言编程实现电站“三遥”功能;PLC与PC机通过串行通信端口通信。该系统还在任务保障性、可维修性、可操作性方面进行了特殊设计。应用表明,该系统操作方便,性能可靠。

     

    Abstract: A design scheme of monitoring system of power station based on serial communication was proposed and software and hardware designs of sending part and receiving part and communication setting of the system were introduced in details. In the system, PLC is the controller of sending part to realize functions of collection, processing and control of parameters of power station and rotary UPS, PC is used as receiving part to realize functions of remote measurement, remote signaling and remote control of power station through VB program, and PLC communicates with PC through serial communication port. Besides, special designs are adopted in the system in terms of task protection, maintain and operation. The application showed that the system is simple in operation and reliable in performance.
