矿用两象限变频器DC-link电容选型方法及应用

Selection and Application of DC-link Capacitor for Mine-used 2-quadrant Frequency Converter

  • 摘要: 基于矿用两象限变频器的特殊性,从逆变侧电流流通角度出发,在分析计算变频器DC-link电容直流母线的纹波电流及直流纹波电压的基础上,提出了一种简便的DC-link电容选型方法。Simulink软件仿真证明了该选型方法的正确性。最后利用该方法举例说明作为变频器的DC-link电容,薄膜电容比电解电容更具有优势。

     

    Abstract: Based on special characteristics of mine-used 2-quadrant frequency converter and analysis and calculation of ripple current and ripple voltage of DC-link capacitor of frequency converter, a simple and easy selection method of DC-link capacitor was presented from point of current flows of inverter side. The correctness of the method was proved by use of Simulink software. At last, it illustrated film capacitors is superior to electrolytic capacitors as DC-link capacitor of frequency converter.
