井下瓦斯抽采钻机远程控制系统的设计

Design of Remote Control System of Drill of Gas Extraction in Coal Mine Underground

  • 摘要: 为了能够有效杜绝煤与瓦斯突出、打钻机械伤人事故的发生,设计了一种井下瓦斯抽采钻机远程控制系统。该系统采用PLC控制技术、视频及声音监视技术和远程数据无线传输技术,操作人员利用地面操作台操作手柄和按钮,借助远程视频和声音监视完成远程控制钻机的钻进和钻杆的自动装卸,从而实现了井下瓦斯的无人化抽采。井下试运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively put an end to accidents of coal and gas outburst, injury by drilling machinery, a remote control system of drill of gas extraction in coal mine underground was designed. The system adopts PLC control technology, video and audio monitoring technologies and remote wireless data transmission technology. Operators uses operating handle and button of ground operation platform to realize remote control drilling of drill and automatic loading and unloading of drilling rod with the help of remote video and audio, so as to achieve unmanned gas extraction in coal mine underground. The test result showed that the system is stable and reliable in running.
