新型液压支架用电磁阀驱动器的设计

Design of a New Type of Electromagnetic Valve Driver for Hydraulic Support

  • 摘要: 针对传统的液压支架电液控制系统电磁阀驱动器存在功能单一、无信息采集功能的问题,提出了一种新型液压支架用电磁阀驱动器的设计方案,介绍了该电磁阀驱动器的硬件组成、内部电路设计以及软件设计。该电磁阀驱动器已成功应用于全自动联合采煤机组和全自动刨煤机组工作面,运行稳定可靠。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of single function and no information collection function existed in traditional electromagnetic valve driver of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system , the paper put forward a design scheme of a new type of electromagnetic valve driver for hydraulic support, and introduced hardware composition, design of internal circuit and software of the driver. The driver has been successfully used in working face of automatic combination cutting-and-conveying unit and automatic coal plough unit, and has stable and reliable in running.
