Surface Centralized and Remote Control System for Underground Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下胶带机运输系统线路长、岗位多、联络环节多等特点 ,应用DCS系统与冗余技术 ,在兴隆庄煤矿实现以“地面控制为主 ,井下监控为辅”的控制模式。该系统运行安全、可靠。
    Abstract: In accordance with the characteristics of transportation system of underground belt conveyor such as long line, multiple stations and communication links, using DCS system and redundancy technique, the control system of “surface control is major, underground monitoring and control is assistant” have been carried out in the Xingrongzhuang coal mine. This system runs with high safety and reliability.
