Abstract: The paper introduced a kind of digital temperature control and display device which is made up of AD590. It can automatically indentify the postive and negative difference between controlled temperature and surrounding temperature, and realizes heating and cooling. The predetermined temperature step is 0.098 °C , so that it can realizes high precision control.
