  • 摘要: 分析了扩散炉直接控制和两级计算机控制方案的特点 ,介绍了两种控制的具体方法 ,通过利用目前先进的计算机硬件和软件的实例 ,提出了扩散炉群控发展的目标
    Abstract: This paper analysed the characteristics of direct control and two level PC control of diffuse stove, and introduced the methods used in the control. It gave the object of group control of diffuse stove by the examples of modern hardware and software.
