Abstract: The paper introduced the working principle of three phase PWM chip SA866AE for a special purpose, and the three phase low frequency signal generator device with sine wave which applied in the AC/AC frequency converter with this chip was developed. The experiment result indicated that the structure of the signal generator device is simple, amplitude value and the phase symmetrical degree is good, and the parameter adjustment is convenient and accurate, the function is reliable.
