Using DS1820 Digital Temperature Sensor to Measure Temperature of Principal Axis of Mine Hoist

  • 摘要: 矿井提升机作为煤矿生产的大型设备 ,其工作的可靠性将直接关系到人身及设备的安全。利用DS182 0数字温度传感器精度高、连接方便的特点 ,将其应用在矿井提升机主轴温度测量中 ,可以有效地保障生产的正常进行。文章阐述了该测量系统的工作原理、实现方案及使用过程中应注意的一些问题。
    Abstract: As bigger equipment in mine, mine hoists would influence the safety of the mine and person if they don’t work properly. DS1820 digital temperature sensor has many advantages such as high precision in measurement, convenience in linking, and can be used in measuring temperature of the principal axis of mine hoist to insure safety production. The working principle, realizing scheme and some problems in usage of measuring system were introduced in the paper.
