Design of a New Protection System of High-voltage Asynchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 分析了电动机运行时的状况 ,根据电动机所出现的故障特征 ,设计了基于 196系列单片机为核心的电动机保护系统。在算法上进行了数学模型的建立和推导 ,在硬件、软件上进行了优化设计 ,特别是采用了大规模可编程逻辑器件ISPLSI - 10 32E门阵列 ,使该系统更简洁、稳定。本保护系统具有速度快、抗干扰性强、保护功能强等特点。

     

    Abstract: The paper analysed the status when the motor is running. According to the fault features of motor, it put forward the protection system of motor based on 196 series single-chip microcomputer. It also put up establishment and derivation of mathematical model in algorithm. In addition it carried out optimistic design about hardware and software, especially introduced complex programmable logic device ISPLSI-1032E gate array, which made the system become more concise and stable. The protection system has many characteristics such as rapid velocity, strong anti-interference, powerful protection etc.
